Subscription refund

I was wrongly charged €12.99 for my Deezer subscription after I cancelled my membership and also deleted the app. I contacted Deezer and they replied saying that they have no control over funds and that to get a refund I need to contact apple. I reported it as a problem however it stated that my purchase does not meet the conditions of a refund, how ludicrous!

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
