Managing music on iPod
i cannot manage the music on my iPod from my laptop because the content isn’t highlighted on the screen. I can see the song names and info but can’t do anything with it. I want to delete some of the songs.

This might happen if the device is set up to sync with iTunes. In that case you would edit the playlists and/or the selections of content, then sync to remove tracks where appropriate.
