Remove email account from iPhone

1. passwords and accounts
2. tap email you want to delete
3. when open go to end of page you will see delete account in red and tap it
4. done

I also need to remove and reinstall an email account on my iPhone. When I follow your instructions all I see at the bottom is, "These settings are installed by the profile 'xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.com Secure Email Setup." There is no option to delete. What else can I try?

Hi Giulio, Thank you for answering my issue. This phone is a personal device that I use for business and personal contacts. I was able to find the Profile listings, deleted them, and then created new profiles. So far it appears all is working fine.

Settings>Account&Password... tap on the account you want to remove, then, at the bottom, delete it

Is (was) your iPhone a company device? Should be this case, there could be a profile installed by your IT admin/supervisor(s). Before removing that profile, you need to ask them.
