I cannot start Photos
I get the following error message
"Photos cannot find system photo library called “xxx.photoslibrary”" DK: "Fotos kan ikke finde systemets fotobibliotek, der hedder “xxx.photoslibrary”"

If you select the library (whatever the name) once, it should be remembered at future launches, assuming it is on a supported volume that is always mounted. (Photos could lose track if it is dismounted at launch.)
Do you in fact have a file “xxx.photoslibrary” on your computer?
In English-language systems, it would be "Photos Library.photoslibrary" located in Pictures folder.

yes, the file is there, I just wrote an alias name — and the file appears when I follow the choice of selecting a different file or create a new one.
