Spam?

Just got a call from Apple Inc. (717-***-8800) saying that my I-cloud acct. has been hacked and for me to stay on the phone and press 1 for help. I hung up to contact you to see if this was true or a scam.

It is indeed a scam. The callers are criminals trying to steal your personal and financial information.
