Find my friends is not available but still track me
Since newest upgrade the app find my friends is not available but still tracking me. Anyone else seen this issue?

In iOS 13 Find my Friends and Find my iPhone were combined into a single app called Find My. You can find it in the same place that Find my iPhone was located, and if not there in the Extras folder.
