Flashing pixels above menubar after Catalina update / Macbook Pro Retina

Hi guys. I am experiencing a problem with my screen after update to OS Catalina.

Suddenly, a line of pixels appeared above the menu bar and started to flash. This problem only happens when I log in into my profile because the pixels disappear in the Login screen.
