I have a new Apple ID and I want to login my Apple Music through my new Apple ID and I can’t

The Apple Music subscription is tied to the Apple ID that started it, and cannot be transferred.

If you want to get Apple Music on your new Apple ID, then you'll need to subscribe with it normally, and cancel the one on the old Apple ID.

Do note, its generally a bad idea to create new Apple IDs. All purchased content and subscriptions are tied the Apple Id and cannot be transferred. In the case of Apps they will continue to require the Apple Id they were downloaded with to update.
