Could you change the language on your iPhone to English and take another photo as we can't read the language.
If you wish to contact Apple directly, you can do so via the apple support page or chatting with them via online support as well.

This is the basic can't add card to wallet screen. the region needs to be correct for the Apple ID and on the phone and it needs to match the region for the bank card.
