Problem with Apple Watch fall detection

I bought the Apple Watch series 5 a week ago and I can’t find the fall detection option in the watch settings

Check your health profile in the health app on the phone to make sure you have your correct date of birth,if it isnt set that could be why you dont see it ,by default fall detection is turned off unless you are 65 or over.
