After upgrading to iOS 13, my iphone 8 plus cameras and flash stopped working. I have done all the release updates but still nothing. How do I get my front and rear cameras and the flash/light working again?

Try a forced restart --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Thanks rbrylawski, I have reset the phone several times. Done a back up reinstall and restore, all to no avail. I note I am not alone in this issue.
