Hiring? someone to help me customize MS Word 2019 for Mac

Can anyone point me to a place or forum or person that could help me customize my newly purchased MS Word 2019 for Mac. I used to use it exclusively to write articles and books back in the 2000s, but switched to Pages for the last decade. I'm now working with a team who uses MS Word's (quite brilliant) Outline view, and I need help figuring out how to create custom keyboard shortcuts and styles for each Header level, and Body Text. I'd prefer to hire someone to do a zoom video conference screenshare, but I'm game to ask questions on a Mac MS Word forum. And ideas, please pass 'em on.

I wasn't sure which sub forum to post this to, happy to alter it to the right one.
