Apple TV app navigation fail

Hi, I'm writing to bring your attention to in app navigation.


I find it unusable, unintuitive and very unstable.

  • Errors / Bugs - On MacOS app pops up with an error during every episode I watch (-2114).
  • Interface - It is impossible to navigate without using apple mouse or a trackpad. To scroll episodes you need a touch device. There are arrow indicators showing more content but they can not be clicked. App doesn't encourage to watching another episode, after each episode it kicks me out to menu and I have to find another episode manually.
  • Confusing - Having all the content mixed up together makes it unclear what I'm paying for and what is extra. Most of the content is provided by different companies. I couldn't find a way of navigating through the Apple TV+ content only
  • Tabs - Watch Now offers completely different navigation style to other tabs ex. Movies.
  • Info - show and movie info/description is ver poor.


How come this app passed to the store and customers?
