Safari always start in landscape mode

i just notice this, when I open Safari app it starts always in landscape mode then return to portrait mode even when the portrait orientation lock is on.

some claim that reset the phone, and set up as a new phone fix the issue. but i don't really want to reset and start setting up my phone all over again. it's a time wasting process.

i've tried turn it off and on again, force restart, still no luck.

Please help.

I've spoken to apple online support yesterday, and still have no solutions,

I gave up, and planning to reset the phone, and try restore the phone as new and see what i'll get from there.

so, i back up the phone last night, after successful backup,

before resetting, i just want to make sure that safari still acting up,

but no. Safari is fine now

all the 'glitch' is gone.

i don't know what fixes it. maybe the backup procedure triggers something, i'm not sure

whatever that is, its working perfectly now.

The problem is still there even though i update it to iOS 13.2.2
