Hello. So my MacBook Pro restarts every night due to some kind of a problem. I can't figure out the reason from reading the report. Can anyone help me understand if this is a software or an hardware problem?

But you have modified your already well-protected MacOS by installing this third-party scare-ware, and in my opinion, it is extremely likely to be the DIRECT cause of the panics:

I fixed a Kernel Panic on my Macbook Pro by downgrading Microsoft Word from 16.31 to 16.29. This may work for you if you use Word.
Search in the MS Support for instructions. Many people are experiencing the same issue with macOS 10.15.1 and MS Word 16.31.

Yep. That was probably the cause. Uninstalled it and since then, everything seems to be normal.
