I’m looking at the Apple Watch 3 but not sure whether to go for the cellular or not? What’s the difference?

With cellular model, you can make calls without your iPhone connected - you can send Messages either!

You’ll need an E-SIM for it

So if I don’t get the cellular model but have my phone with me, can I still make calls and texts?
