itunes movies app not loading

iTunes movie app won’t load on Apple TV. The preview shows up when I highlight it but when I click on it I get nothing. I can still access content through the Apple TV app but it’s unnecessary steps.

iTunes Movie won’t launch on Apple TV My iTunes movies will not launch on my 4th gen Apple TV without first restarting it. The app will first act like it’s loading but then goes black. I know you can access movies through the Apple TV app, but the iTunes movies app is much easier to find movies and special deals on movies. Any help in fixing this issue would be appreciated.

apple tv library movies wont play When i try to play any movie from my library that has a menu screen it wont load. I click the movie and it just shows a blank screen. Movies without a menu screen (older movies) play just fine. I can also play any movie on any other device. If i use the movies menu in the atv+ app i can resume a movie just fine. I have reset the appletv numerous times. I have force closed the atv+ app numerous times. Internet is working just fine as always. This problem seems to only be affected by playing a movie that has to load a menu screen. Any suggestions?

Apple TV app not working When I open my Apple TV app all it shows is downloaded no videos your synced videos will appear here. I’ve tried everything. I have an iPhone se 2nd gen. Any others with this problem?
