I can not take pictures The front camera is working but the back one doesn’t work

See if this support guide can help you:--> If the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support

Shouldn't be this case, have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP:--> Apple – Location Selector
