Clicking on links brings me to safari instead of the downloaded apps

Every time I click on some links for Facebook or Twitter, it brings me to Safari instead of the Facebook or Twitter app.

This is bothering me so much as I have to log in every single time on Safari to see the content.

Is there any way to fix this problem so that when I click on those links I will be brought to the app directly?

iPhone X, iOS 13

Unlike other systems you cannot select "default" apps in iOS so apart from uninstalling and reinstalling the apps then what you have is what you get.
