iTunes won't let me sign in even though apple id and password are both correct

why won't iTunes let me sign in? I'm using correct username and password. It just keeps showing same window asking for sign in

I understand from your post that your computer is repeatedly asking you to sign in with your Apple ID. I'd like to look into this with you.


I would recommend you use the steps in the following article:


If iTunes repeatedly prompts you to authorize your computer
