Too many passcode attempts screen after update

I picked My watch up from the charger after update and it said “Too Many Passcode Attemps Reset Apple Watch and Pair Again” I tried to reset from my phone, but it only partially reset it and said I would have to do the rest from my watch but the watch will not show anything other than the passcode screen or the Apple icon after I hold the side button. How do I get my watch to work again?

Apple Watch passcode too many attempts How can I restart my apple when it shows passcode too many attempts? I can not do it with my iPhone as it was not paired and apple watch app asks to pair it again. Also tried to reset using side button until Power Off and then press and hold Digital Crown, but Reset does not appear, it simply locks back to the screen of “passcode too many attempts”. How can I reset my apple watch?
