How can I bypass the restrictions passcode on my iPhone in order to reset it

You must restore it using Recovery mode and do not restore a backup-->If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


While the title just says "passcode" that includes the Screen Time/Restrictions passcode.
