No model of iPad has ever supported Adobe Flash. Adobe has announced the Flash support will be ending for every single computer at the end of this year. Flash is a dead technology. What are you needing Flash for on your iPad?

Try a different third party Web browser that use anonymous offsite Web servers to stream Adobe Flash Player content to a third party iOS Web browser.

Look in the iOS App Store for

Photon Flash Player Web browser

Puffin Web browser.

Can’t vouch for the security of such Web browsers and how and where they stream this Adobe Flash Player content from.

Read the descriptions of both these apps before deciding if you want to take the risk of using these two specialised, third party Web browsers, or not.

You are welcome. I am sorry to say that your iPad was obsoleted by Apple several years ago.

For whatever reason they still support Flash on their website making it useless on just about everything. I was unaware that any big website still supported this technology.
