How do I control Find My Friends from my MacBook?

Where is Steve Jobs?

Every application apple puts on to OSX or IOS now has some stupid interface that has nothing in common with the interface of all the other applications I'm suppose to install on my computer or my phone.

There always seems to be some "secret" link that "of course" everyone should recognize as "obvious". But, for example, I am trying to stop following a friend. There is no "find my friends" application on my MacBook (that I can find) and no matter what I do in the notifications that show up, I am never offered the opportunity to turn anything off.

What kind of 1984 BS is this?

If you open Notifications from the Finder menu then click Edit you can add the Find My Friends App
