Apple Watch Stand Recognition

My Apple Watch has recently stopped registering stand goals randomly - even when I am working out the watch will say I missed an hour. Sometimes it registers the next hour (ie at 4pm it completes the 5pm stand goal and then 4pm is not met). How can I fix this?

To complete your stand goal, you'll have to stand up at least once every hour for a couple of minutes.

If you want to complete the goal for 4pm, you'll have to at least be moving or standing up in the time between 3:50 and 4:00, if you haven't done that before. After 04:00, the watch will try to complete the 5 hour goal.

At least, that's what I found out on my watch.

And you'll only get one credit for each hour.
