Numbers export to PDF

I have a single page, password protected numbers sheet when i export to PDF the new PDF doc is there and password as well but the page only has about 60 % of the content of the original numbers doc

make sure in the print preview (which is the view you have AFTER selecting the menu item "File > Print…") that the scale.

Use the "Content Scale" Slider control.

then click the button "Print…"

The set the "From" and "To" fields as needed (I think you want from 1 to 1)

Then select "Save to PDF" from the "PDF" pop-up menu at the bottom left
