So I'm playing the game dancing line and I want to start over. I was told if you go into settings, iPhone storage and delete the app that way it will work, however when I tried it recently still keeps my data. I've try to get rid of any data from iCloud but that doesn't work either. It might be the game but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, and they just say play it under a different account or device. I don't have another device and I'm not sure what will happen if I make a different account on the same device.
If you only use the different account for that app/games(s), it shouldn't affect the rest of your data.
