Stuck on Accessing Itunes Store

I can not sign into my itunes on my desktop computer. I put in the correct login information and it gets stuck saying "accessing itunes store". I can successfully sign into my itunes on my laptop computer. I've done searches and followed some suggestions to fix but its still not working. Help!


i'm running High Sierra 10.13.6

iMac 27", 10.13

It seems you're having some trouble accessing the iTunes Store, and I want to help.


Are you using a VPN or security software on your Mac that might be interfering with your connection to the iTunes Store?


Try starting to safe mode to see if you're able to connect:

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support
