the facetime app on my iphone x is not working and now the app is not there I restored my phone too but it never came back.

Hey thank you so much for the link but the thing is the FaceTime app is just not there on my phone.I restored my phone specifically for FaceTime after restoring the app came back but it never let me sign in, after a few days FaceTime just disappeared and is not there anymore.
