When I start watching the Morning Show or See it’ll work for thirty seconds and then the picture reverts back but the sound keeps going. So the picture is 10 seconds behind the sound.
That sounds you are describing an Apple TV (3rd generation), with software version 7.x.
Unfortunately, there are no settings to adjust to fix the sync.
Try resetting/restarting your network (router) as well.
I have the very same problem and restarting the router (Time Capsule last gen) didn’t work for me.
however streaming it from an iOS device works fine. It would be sweet to stream the show “natively” though... any ideas?
On what model Apple TV or other device are you watching this?
Yes, I have a couple times.
I’m sure it’s the oldest one. The remote is silver and there’s no way to download additional apps. But Apple TV plus worked all last week for me, just started doing this two days ago.
