Do you actually see the charge on your bank statement or did you get an email saying that you were charged for something?

See If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support for information.

You do not say where you see this purchase. If you see it in an email or a message, and if you can not see it using the methods discussed in the link(s) below, it may be a phishing attempt. Ask family members about those or check your receipts.

My first reply was pretty thorough as to how to handle this under various scenarios. The first thing to do is the see the source of the charge (I cannot read Russian) by checking your receipts and asking others if you are a Family Sharing organizer. The first link I provided has a list of things you can check. If you really think this was a mistake you can then go to Apple in confidence and request a refund. How you do this again depends upon the nature of the charge. I really have pretty much covered all of this in my first post if you read the links thoroughly.
