WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity

My iPhone XS Max won't let me turn on my WiFi at all and when I try to turn my Bluetooth in it shuts itself off.

If wi-fi and Bluetooth are both failing, then I would suspect a hardware problem. They are both in the same chip. I suggest you make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have the device examined by Apple. They will explain your options from there.
