Yesterday I began having problem with Safari. It would not load properly and then it started appearing as a quarter screen when I tried to turn pages in Kindle. This is on my iPad 6. IOS 13.1.3. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Kindle started a new feature too. Maybe the update will fix any bug.
It's only happening on my iPad. iPhone ok. I'll update it too.
