I have ipad pro 11" and apple pencil 2. my question is if i connect my apple pencil to my ipad always will it can damage my pencil's battery? or i have to keep the pencil separate from ipad when it is fully charged?

While this is true, iPad's system software is intelligent where if the battery is kept at 100% for an extended amount of time then it will discharge the battery to around 92% then recharge back to 100%.

It is much healthier for Apple Pencil to stay connected whenever it is not in use. Allowing Apple Pencil's battery to be depleted for an extended amount of time can cause more damage.
are you sure? how can it be possible because most of the devices damage the battery for overcharge
