Anybody else having problems since the latest software came out?

Specifically:

1) Messages in sent folder showing as unread? Apple's solution is to simply go into the folder and edit them to "show all messages as read". Really, why this extra step and why is it even happening?

2) Clicking on a hyperlink used to open a new window with that subject but now the existing window changes. Why can't there be an option where selecting a link brings up a new tab or window (as chosen by the user in settings of some sort)?

3) Opening folders in Numbers used to open individual windows for each folder selected but now they come up as tabs in the same window. Apple's answer is to simple select the folder you wish to separate and right click "move tab to new window". Again, why the extra step and why do reps make it sound like they have no idea what you're talking about as if it's never been any other way?

4) Adding an email into a calendar event used to be a simple task of dragging it into the URL field. Not working at all for me anymore. Why?

For a brand that has always been simple and intuitive there are more "work arounds" being suggested to solve issues that weren't there before and add steps to tasks that should have remained as easy and uncomplicated as they had been.
