iPhone mailboxes

When I try to transfer an email on my iPhone to a mail folder on the iPhone all the mail folders are not present. I must be doing something wrong.

If you click on the edit, select the mail in question, then Move, you are not provided with a list of folders? You should also be able to click on the message, then tap on the arrow in the bottom right, then once the dialog box opens, you should see Move Message as a choice and see the list of folders as well.
