Frequent Kernel Panics on Catalina

Since upgrading to Catalina, my MacBook Pro has had an increasing number of kernel panics. It used to happen on occasion while my MacBook was in sleep but in the last couple weeks its become more frequent, almost daily. Just today, it had another kernel panic while I was trying to airdrop a photo from my phone. I was fine with the occasional panic right after release date but this getting excessive.

I've already tried restoring from a time machine backup but that has done nothing. I've attached a couple of the problem reports. Does anyone have any solutions?

I haven't installed any kexts. Is there any way to confirm this is a hardware problem?

Yes, take it to an Apple Store Genius Bar or certified repair center.

Other than that, you can try the Apple Diagnostics, but that can't find much of anything.
