No Delete app option on iPhone X running iOS 13.2.3

If what stedman suggested doesn't work for you, you should check the following:

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases

Make sure Installing, Deleting and In-App Purchases are all turned on.

JUST HOLD finger on screen over app - a window will pop up and then scroll down to bottom and delete.

The box at the bottom of the pop up - scroll down, it's at the bottom hidden

Tap and hold lightly. The options you are seeing happen when you press too hard.
