Bing search engine popping up on my Safari browser all the time.

Bing search engine or virus is always popping up on my Safari browser when I'm searching for something. I have tried to delete things that I've downloaded and might be causing this problem. I have multiple times deleted my search history, gone into preferences to delete caches and websites. But nothing seems to work. It always pops back up. What can I do? Do I need to book an appointment at an Apple store? Or is there a Mac cleaner that Apple or anyone here recommends that is safe. I'm not trusting anything I download at the moment. I'm getting really frustrated. Please help!
