Do I need these files anymore to keep my computer safely running,

Hi I am using an Apple iMac OS X (purchased in late 2009) 21.5", 64 bit, updated to version 10.13.6. The following files are in my trash and I would like to know if any of the 1st three are safe to delete, Adobe Folder from 4/13/10, ISO-19770 folder dated 6/24/19 but I think it was there much longer and last PepperFlashPlayer dated 6/13/18 but may have been there longer as well. Also please let me know if I shouldn't be making certain info available here. Thanks all.

Just as a "safety net" copy these folders to an external USB stick. Then go ahead and delete them from the Trash. Since they are already in the Trash, chances are pretty good you won't be needing them again.
