Can I get two 200GB icloud plans instead of the 2TB plan?

My 200GB icould is almost full. Instead of going up to a 2TB plan ($9.99) can I just get another 200GB plan($2.99)?

No , you can't repeat the same 200 GB plan , your iCloud storage is full using this plan reduce the space .
