I received a email from APPLE, it wants me to VERIFY my Apple ID Within 24 hours for using another device or they will delete my account completely!

Is this real?

No, it is a phishing scam. If you want to report it to Apple, see the following: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
