Can I manually put my device using IMEI number

If my phone is disabled and I don’t see it On My list of devices can I manually put my imei number to list it

What exactly do you mean by "disabled?" Do you mean you are locked out after trying to access it unsuccessfully a number of times or that it is activation locked ... or something else?

My daughter changed password and I entered my password too many times wrong so I can’t get in my phone and it’s never been put on my iCloud account
