Hi how do I cancel my Apple storage plan? Also there’s a charge from Apple that I don’t recognize

Cancel by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

Regarding other charges see: If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
