Using the shortcut menu, I mistakenly removed my phone from the Finder sidebar when it was connected. Is there any way to get the phone back, or is it lost forever? That would be unfortunate as there'd be no way to make changes to the sync settings.

Found it. For others who follow in my foolish footsteps:
Open Music. Select the phone. There's a button to open Sync Settings. That opens a Finder window. Once the window's open you can use File>Add to Sidebar in the Finder menu.
