I have received many mails ( I attached a photo of one of them) that really make a suspense.
can you tell me please if it’s a true mail from apple or it is fake. And if it is really a spam can you help to stop receiving their email

They are all fake and phishing attempts. Apple will address you by the name on file with your Apple ID. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

That is a complete scam and you should not open any of the links. Your email should have an option to report the email as spam so any more mail from that address will go straight to your junk.
