As per the subject, I've tried resetting the keyboard dictionary multiple times, but this doesn't help. I have English US, English UK and Emoji keyboard dictionaries installed.
This is getting really annoying - any suggestions?

Apple support helped me solve my problem! Under Settings->General->Language & Region I had French listed as a second language. Removed that, and all is good :)
