Access Problem to My iMac

I can't get the bluetooth keyboard to enter my password, hence I am locked out. Keyboard is functioning as checked it on my Macbook.

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.13

Please use Troubleshooting wireless mouse and keyboard issues. You may need to re-pair the device which would require a wired unit to do so. Experienced users on these forums suggest it is always a good idea to have an inexpensive USB keyboard and mouse on hand to troubleshoot wireless issues. Something you should consider.
