Restore deleted text messages on iphone
I mistakenly deleted all text messages on my iPhone from a particular person. Can I restore them?

That depends. If you do NOT sync text messages to iCloud (Settings/{your name}/iCloud - Messages) and you have an iTunes or iCloud backup made before the texts were deleted you can restore that backup to your phone. But this will replace everything on the phone with the contents of the backup, overwriting everything else on your phone.
If you DO sync messages to iCloud there is no way to recover them because they won’t be in the backup.
