Not getting High Heart Rate notification. I have them turned on in the app

Hi, I have the following heart rate notifications turned on in the apple watch app.

Heart > High Heart Rate (100 bpm)

Heart > Irregular Rhythm (on)

I just had a 2 day episode with tachicardia and A-Fib and I got ZERO notifications. My watch was on the entire time. Are there other settings I need to look at?
